We are Rootherhub — the traveling design-build hub that codes culture into architecture, hospitality, industry, and beyond.
Our story began in Mexico, building housing and hospitality, and expanded into North America’s factories, plants, and food systems. Over two hundred projects later, we founded Rootherhub to merge design, engineering, and AI into a single toolkit. From CogX London to fabrication floors in Cincinnati and farmers in Fresno, we move with intent: light on baggage, heavy on purpose.
We scale through partnerships. Local architects, engineers, artisans, and universities join us in context. Together we deliver solutions that are advanced yet human, global yet grounded. Our method is simple: arrive lightly, collaborate deeply, design with data, and leave behind something useful — a structure, a system, or a story.

About
Since 2010, Jair Ibarra has contributed to the built environment through hospitality projects, large residential developments, and even national design competitions, alongside authoring a book and leading government zoning offices.
By 2018, his work matured into the North American industrial sector, where he has since directed over 200 projects across food, beverage, and manufacturing. His scope spans architectural conception to full Design-Build delivery, shaping resilient facilities across the continent.
In 2022, he founded Rootherhub, a platform uniting engineering, design, and AI. With the ethos of cultivating resilience in a changing world, Rootherhub now extends into Hospitality, Product Design, and Cinematography, positioning food systems and industrial design as catalysts for planet centered innovation.

ALBERTO OROZCO
About
Since 2015, Alberto Orozco has explored the full spectrum of design practice, from scale models and visualization to executive drawings and construction delivery. His background extends into industrial design, with a focus on furniture and space-saving concepts, while pursuing certifications in brand development and mastering tools like Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, and now AI generative software.
In partnership with Jair Ibarra since 2022, Alberto has steered industrial constructions, expansions, and remodels, integrating advanced visualization and AI workflows to meet the demands of dynamic industrial environments.
As Design Director at Rootherhub, he carries forward a commitment to blending architectural clarity with technological innovation, building projects that are resilient, adaptive, and future-focused.
